Don't worry, the New World Order Series will continue. However, this bill has caught my attention as its implications if passed is immense, and ties directly into New World Order #8.
For more than a decade, word of FEMA camps have spread through the conspiracy world. The FEMA camps do in fact exist, have been built/renovated since the early 90s. They are all empty right now. Many conspiracy theorists see these as future 'concentration camps' to hold dissenters when the economy/reality bubble bursts and the New World Order takes hold via martial law in the US. Of course, I will first refer to this from New World Order #8:
"Thursday, March 13, 2008
LAST NIGHTS SESSION WAS ONLY THE FOURTH TIME IN 176 YEARS THAT CONGRESS CLOSED ITS DOORS TO THE PUBLIC
Word has begun leaking from last nights special, closed-door session of the United States House of Representatives.
Not only did members discuss new surveillance provisions as was the publicly stated reason for the closed door session, they also discussed:
the imminent collapse of the U.S. economy to occur by September 2008,
the imminent collapse of US federal government finances by February 2009,
the possibility of Civil War inside the USA as a result of the collapse,
advance round-ups of "insurgent U.S. citizens" likely to move against the government,
The detention of those rounded-up at "REX 84" camps constructed throughout the USA,
the possibility of retaliation against members of Congress for the collapses,
the location of "safe facilities" for members of Congress and their families to reside during expected massive civil unrest
the necessary and unavoidable merger of the United States with Canada (for its natural resources) and with Mexico (for its cheap labor pool),
the issuance of a new currency - THE AMERO - for all three nations as the proposed solution to the coming economic armageddon.
Members of Congress were FORBIDDEN to reveal what was discussed. Several are so furious and concerned about the future of the contry, they have begun leaking info. More details coming later today and over the weekend. SPREAD THE WORD!!! from Hal Turner Show"

Please remember that this was a supposed leak from congress, and was published March 13th.
Here is excellent footage of one of these camps, showing multiple layers of barbed wire fences pointed inward [implying it is designed to keep people in], single entrances with electric turnstiles [again implying that it is designed to keep people in], helicopter socks [implying helicopter traffic], railroads running through INSIDE the fencing [implying loading/unloading to take place inside the facility, US AIRFORCE trains [implying government involvement], guard towers, and much much more sketchiness. This was posted on youtube 2006.

Here is video of Bill Clinton asked about concentration camps in the US. He does not deny it, but rather says that we must move along the with the times and do what the UN [which is really an arm of the NWO] says.

FEMA Camps and secrecy involving such plans discussed on CSPAN.

Now I thought this stuff was some BS when I had first heard of it. Prison camps in the US? No way. But now a bill has been introduced into congress, H.R. 645.

In this Act, the following definitions apply:
(1) CLOSED MILITARY INSTALLATION- The term ‘closed military installation’ means a military installation, or portion thereof, approved for closure or realignment under the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 (part A of title XXIX of Public Law 101-510; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note) that meet all, or 2 out of the 3 following requirements:
(A) Is located in close proximity to a transportation corridor.

---
NOTE THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS SECTION II, specifically:
(4) TO MEET OTHER APPROPRIATE NEEDS, AS DETERMINED BY THE SECRETARY OF HOMELAND SECURITY.
Just what might be these "other needs?" HMMM.
If this bill passes, it will be my official confirmation that the New World Order is indeed for real, as this bill will likely be very unpopular and many strings would have to be pulled for its safe passage.
